Petersilienwurzeln<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Finn frem alt du trenger til \u00e5 lage retten. Fjern emballasje. Forbered r\u00e5varene og det du trenger av kj\u00f8kkenutstyr.<\/li>\n<li>Sett ovnen p\u00e5 220\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c5pne kyllingen am R\u00fccken og legg den helt flat i en langpanne.<\/li>\n<li>Gni den inn med olivenolje, rasp hvitl\u00f8k (4\/10), revet limeskall, hakket rosmarin, maldonsalt og kvernet pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Stek den i ovnen i ca. 10 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Skrell og skj\u00e6r gulrot og persillerot i terninger, skrell l\u00f8ken og hvitl\u00f8ksfeddene og kok alt i 30 sekunder i lettsaltet vann.<\/li>\n<li>Hell av vannet.<\/li>\n<li>Ha p\u00e5 olivenolje, salt og pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Legg det rundt kyllingen, senk temperaturen i ovnen til 190 C og bak videre i ca. 30 minutter (til kjernetemperaturen er 80 C).<\/li>\n<li>Dryss p\u00e5 rikelig med bladpersille og server.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00fchnchen zerlegen und servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fazit:<\/strong><br \/>\nNie gemacht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8212;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pollo al mattone med rotgr\u00f8nnsaker (Rema 1000) Zutaten: 1 H\u00fchnchen 1,5 dl Oliven\u00f6l 10 Knoblauchzehen 1 Limette 2 El Rosmarin 3 Wurzeln 1 Netz Schalotten 1 El glatte Petersilie 2 Packungen(?)
