N\u00e5r vannet koker, skrur du av platen og lar det trekke p\u00e5 ettervarmen en halvtime.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Du begynner \u00e5 steke hakket l\u00f8k i matoljen i en kjele.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e5r l\u00f8ken er blank, tilsetter du kj\u00f8ttet og deretter knust hvitl\u00f8k. Stek et minutt til, og ha i tomat, urter og salt. La putre under lokk i ca. en time.<\/li>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Sl\u00e5 vannet av kikertene, og kok dem (ev. 2 dl sm\u00e5 gr\u00f8nne linser) opp i nytt, saltet vann til det dekker \u2013 ca. 7 dl vann tilsatt 2 ts salt.<\/li>\n<li>Kok til de er skikkelig m\u00f8re, alt fra en halvtime til en time. Har du hardt vann, kan du tilsette 2 ts bakepulver i kokevannet til kikertene.
